Your account works on both: sign up here or in the app, subscribe in the app, then message from either. There's no Android app yet.

This is the name other members see. 3 to 20 letters, numbers or underscores.

Your photos start blurred until you choose who sees them. Want to be off the grid completely? Turn on discreet mode on your profile.

You only see, and are only seen by, people who are interested in each other: a straight woman sees straight and bi men, a lesbian sees lesbian and bi women, and so on.

Messages you get can be translated into it with one tap, and people can translate what they write into it before sending.

Nipagesh sends some of your data to Anthropic, whose AI, Claude, does these jobs for us:

  • Your photos are checked for nudity and sexual content, and read for looks such as hair and build.
  • Your messages are checked for scams, requests for money and threats, so the person you write to can be warned.
  • When someone taps Translate, the message is translated.
  • If you chat with the Nipagesh Guide (an AI helper in Messages), what you write to it and your profile details go to Claude to answer you.
  • Your profile details (not your email or exact location) are used to suggest first messages and "You might also like" profiles.

Anthropic only uses this to do these jobs for Nipagesh and doesn't train its models on it. More in the privacy policy.
